Our team

Radiant Strings grew from a mantra passed down through a family of musicians:

"IT'S NOT CALLED WORKING THE VIOLIN, IT'S CALLED PLAYING THE VIOLIN."

That mantra shaped our founder Nicole from the moment she picked up a violin at age three, and it still drives the spirit of our team.

Nicole grew up in a home of musicians who threw themselves into their craft with intensity and joy. Those early years connected her with a wide circle of professional musicians who shared that same spark. When Radiant Strings took shape, those friendships became the backbone of the ensemble. Many of the musicians performing today are people Nicole has  known, trusted, and collaborated with for most of her life.

You can feel that energy when we play (not work!) together. Our musicians lift each other up and bring what we can only describe as “radiance” to every performance.
